Highelf Charger

The high elves have always recognised the value of cavalry in battle. These chargers are well known for their bravery and skill; like many elves, they wield only spears, but use these simple weapons to great effect.

Special Notes: Using a charging attack increases both damage dealt and received by 50% during the offense; this does not affect retaliation during the defensive.
