The savants teach the scribes more about using Ciphers and revise the contributions made by the scribes to the Great Library. In combat, though they may lack the skill needed to wield weapons, their magic compensates well for the drawback.

Special Notes (1.14-style, please update to the new list format to avoid duplicates):This unit has magical attacks, which always have a high chance of hitting an opponent.This unit’s arcane attack deals tremendous damage to magical creatures, and even some to mundane creatures.This unit is able to slow its enemies, halving their movement speed and attack damage until they end a turn.
