The Elvish Navigator has removed himself from other Elves, except those loyal to him more than to the Council, in order to become a captain of a ship and go wherever he pleases. He does not follow orders he disagrees with.

Special Notes (1.14-style, please update to the new list format to avoid duplicates): The ability of this unit to inspire its allies enables adjacent units of the same side to deal more damage in combat, though this only applies to units of level 1 or 0.
