Fugitives are thieves of trade, career criminals who will be hunted throughout their lifetime. The greatest of these fugitives, however, refuse to be permantly hunted. These master outlaws declare war on the system of government, they unite the outlaws and upset nobles and they attempt revolution. Revolution has been rare in the history of wesnoth, but through revolution these rogues, nightstalkers, and fugitives etch their name down in history as revelotionaries. By doing this they create a legend for themselves and discard the name 'outlaw' that they fowelly regard.

Special Notes (1.14-style, please update to the new list format to avoid duplicates):This unit can hide in villages (with the exception of water villages), and remain undetected by its enemies, except by those standing next to it.
