Veteran criminals become notorious for both their ruthlessness and ability to elude capture. They can be dangerous in their element, though no match for the sheer numbers that law-abiding soldiery can throw at them.

Special Notes:
This unit projects a zone of anti-control -- if distracter's zone of control overlaps an enemy's zone of control, the enemy's zone is negated where the zones overlap. This unit can hide in villages (with the exception of water villages), and remain undetected by its enemies, except by those standing next to it.
