Some prowlers decide to ditch clunky body armor and adopt flexible warm clothes to keep their cold-blooded bodies warm and ready for a surge of activity. Comfort of loose garment and smaller, more balanced weapon increases frequency of their strikes. Hoods and habit of being active at night adds to surprise of their sneak attacks and incepts bizarre stories about ''stalking nightshades''.
