Boggart Shepherd

Each animal in a herd requires some attention from animal keeper. Seasoned shepherds learn how much attention is enough to handle larger herds. They mix and match animals in a herd and swap them between herds to deal with troublemaking beasts. The most unruly ones may be left to fend for themselves in the wild where they belong, possibly returning later with more cooperative attitude.
