Naiad Wingray

Staying afloat in the air requires either excessive arcane force or having entire body built around flight. Bestial naiads combine both paths. Flatter body catches air under itself, lighter body preserves only necessary parts. Tentacles are gone except one thin needle-like tail which helps with steering rather than self-defense.
