Gargoyle Inferno

Inferno is a name for a vast space filled with flames, as well as masters of the fire able to create it. Their scales become tinged red from extensive use of their inner flame while melee fighting skills suffer somewhat because of disuse as they strive to incinerate their opponents whenever possible. At one point gargoyles suffered from hordes of nomadic archers so those old enough to remember the ambushes learned to wear brestplates.
