Leaf-wings subjucted to extreme amounts of arcane charge in a very short time may crystallize and fuse togeteher. After this alteration they lose most of their capacity to hold arcane charge. In exchange they canbe used to focus arcane bolts over long range with devastating results. Hosts of such wings claim that their leaf-crystals are still alive.
