Saurs with haphazard diets acquire a habit of going to mediciner of their tribe for relief from stomach pain. Less scrupulous ones expect relief from all kinds of pain, including wounds. Mediciners eventually learn to treat cuts, bone fractures and many other traumas as well. They also learn to cool down their patients with cold shower to prevent them from hurting themselves by twitching from pain when their joints are being forcefully put into place.
