Instead of becoming Arbiters, some savants may chose to master all forms of the Cipher. The Rune Forgers are experienced in all forms of the Cipher and they can use this knowledge to inflict catastrophic damage to the enemies who were foolish enough to cross paths with the Windsong.

Special Notes: This unit has magical attacks, which always have a high chance of hitting an opponent. The victims of this unit’s poison will continually take damage until they can be cured in town or by a unit which cures. During battle, this unit can drain life from victims to renew its own health.
