Ice Fairy

Ice Fairies are the rarest and deadliest of the elven magicians living in the high mountains of Wesnoth. Their laughter, it is said, can be heard in the clatter of falling stones, and their eerie keening song is woven into the very winds of the peaks. One thing is certainly true; do harm to any living thing in the ice fairy’s demesne and her fury will be as implacable and deadly as an avalanche.

Special Notes: This unit is able to slow its enemies, halving their movement speed and attack damage until they end a turn. This unit has magical attacks, which always have a high chance of hitting an opponent. This unit’s arcane attack deals tremendous damage to magical creatures, and even some to mundane creatures.
