Demon Wolf

The silence of the night is sometimes interrupted by a blood-curdling howl. It is thought to come from a creature behind the disapperance of many people travelling through the woods. After recovering from the shock, those who've seen it and lived speak of a huge hairy beast resembling a grotesquely misshapen wolf with huge teeth. They say it easily catches up with a horse at full gallop and it makes people drop dead with its terrible roar alone.
