Deerstalker
The cold north is hard on the fingers, the cold robs the fingers of their dexterity and makes a bow too hard to use. The Northern Rangers throw spears and use them on defense, for they do not require nimble fingers, and they have the momentum to pierce the thick, hairy hides of a northern beast.
Special Notes: The length of this unit’s weapon allows it to strike first in melee, even in defense. In woodlands, this unit’s ambush skill renders it invisible to enemies unless it is immediately adjacent or has revealed itself by attacking. The victims of this unit’s poison will continually take damage until they can be cured in town or by a unit which cures.
