Summer Mage

Summer Magi are perhaps the most traditional magi. Like the stereotypical mage, they spend most of their time indoors, studying spells and magic theory, writing the thesis they hope will secure their promotion in the House of Summer's rigid heirarchy, or performing one of the many rituals the House requires. Because of their extensive study, Summer Magi are the most likely to master the summoning and construction of magical servants, such as wisps and Guardians.

In combat, Summer Magi are capable of throwing gigantic fireballs which seek their target. Unfortunately, their sedentary lifestyle makes them rather frail, and completely incapable of physical combat. They must therefore be accompanied by an escort or their magical servants at all times.

It is rumoured that the reddish cast of a Summer Mage's hair is a side effect of the fire magic they favour in war, as the most powerful magi have the stongest colour. However, it is actually dyed, in accordance with one of the many traditions of the Summer House. The higher up the heirarchy a mage is, the more fiery the colour.

Special Notes: This unit has magical attacks, which always have a high chance of hitting an opponent.
