Djinni

Long a feature of Kadori tales, djinni dwell throughout Kador. In times past, many adventurers challenged a djinni in battle, hoping to acquire their flaming sword. Their efforts, however, were in vain; after several successes, it became clear that the flames died with the djinni. It has since been established that the djinni can create such flames on any weapon they weild - the flaming swords so many adventurers died seeking were no different from any other blade.

In modern times, djinni and the people of Kador are largely on friendly terms. Unlike most magical creatures, djinni have personalities much like a human and enjoy many of the same things. In particular they are rather extravagant and love the finer things in life, especially food and drink. It is not unusual for a djinni to offer his services to wealthy Kadori in exchange for a steady supply of luxuries.

Special Notes: One of this unit's attacks has a tendacy to set things on fire. It receives an extra swing against an opponent standing in a forest, village, castle or keep.
