Tacticians have no unit pros, but do have effective leaderpowers. They have an expensive navy, expensive and slow missile build, and very expensive research.
They can recruit Hybrid Planes, Paratroopers, Gunships, and Anti-Tank Planes.
They have mini powers, alongside the usual minor, major, and super power.
Mini (5 LP) - Flares - Target aircraft becomes immune to missile and rocket damage until your next turn.
Mini (10 LP) - Morale Boost - Target unit may attack again.
Mini (20 LP) - Rapid Response - Target unit regains all movement.
Major (50 LP) - Tactical Experience - Earn 3x more Leader Points for kills earned this turn.
Super (100 LP) - Strategic Bombardment - All Gunships, Artillery and Rocket Artillery regain partial movement points.
Super (100 LP) - Endless Assault - Double the number of strikes all your units make until your next turn.
