Anarchists have a special ability called Turmoil that syphons 20% (rounded up) of the leaderpoints other players use on their powers, but they build missiles slowly and at a higher cost. They can recruit Spies, Demolitionist, Torpedo Boats, and Concussion Bombs.
They have 3 mini-powers as well as the usual minor, major, and super power.
Mini (15 LP) - Chaos - Every leader earns 10 Leader points.
Mini (15 LP) - Slander - Target leader loses 30 Leader points.
Mini (15 LP) - Dissension - All peace treaties are ended.
Minor (25 LP) - Riot - Downgrade target city to a town, it is sabotaged (doesn't earn income and cannot recruit units for a turn).
Major (50 LP) - Down Satellites - All players play with fog on for the next 6 turns.
Super (100 LP) - Depression - No player earns income until the end of your next turn, you gain LP equal to 10% of the income they would gain.
