Marshalls have very strong and cheap Aircraft, but their naval and vehicle units are weak/expensive. Infantry are more expensive. They can recruit Officers, Commandoes, Paratroopers, and Interceptors.
They have a minor, major, and super power.
Minor (25 LP) - Blitz - Air units within a radius of 2 that you control may move and attack again.
Major (50 LP) - Carpet Bomb - Deals 20 bomb damage to target space, and may repeat this process on that space or another space next to it, and repeat it once more.
Super (100 LP) - Air Superiority - All of your air units deal 25% extra damage this turn, and may move and attack again if they kill an enemy unit.
