Dwarvish Axethrower

(image)

Axethrowing has long been a part of dwarven martial practice. These dwarves however, have turned the practice of axethrowing into an art.

Cut off from the great salt-peter mines in the Great Mountain, surface dwarves have had to find ranged alternatives to replace traditional dwarven thunderers. As an answer, they have emphasized the practice of axethrowing to lend more versatility to their armies.

As members of the Lowland Clans, Axethrowers generally fare better in forests and slightly less well in mountains than other dwarves.
