Even if the roman aristocrats don't give much credit to individual combat skill, most of the legates are really challenging opponents. But of course, the real danger they represent for their enemies is their tactical abilities and the troops they command.

Special Notes: The leadership of this unit enables adjacent units of the same side to deal more damage in combat, though this only applies to units of lower level.
