High Councilor

The Heads of the Zederian Council are mysterious and secluded. The Council Heads only appear in combat when their skills are needed, and even then prefer to stay in the shadows, directing from the depths of their army. To see a Council Head on the battlefield is rare, but they are still dangerous, as they have armor on their hovercraft that protects them against the most dangerous of attacks.

Special Notes: The leadership of this unit enables adjacent units of the same side to deal more damage in combat, though this only applies to units of lower level.
