Xenoi Missionary

The Missionaries are priestesses of neither goddess, but are accepted by both. They serve the goddesses by spreading their word far and wide, converting unbelievers and killing those who will not succumb. Often, these Missionaries also act as messengers for the Goddesses' armies, communicating between distant fortresses and armies, or with allies among Dwarves or Drakes. Rarely, these Missionaries will be seen on the front lines of the goddesses' armies, but they tend not to survive long as they are built for leading and searching, not survival.

Missionaries have gifts of powers from both goddesses. They retain their goddesses' feared Black Flame attack, but can now cast a more powerful version than non-priestesses. Maeveti grants them retractable claws that can tear through flesh, bone and armor. Naarae grants true flight, a power rare even among the priesthood. While these powers do help convert unbelievers, they are also invaluable in battle.

Special Notes: The leadership of this unit enables adjacent units of the same side to deal more damage in combat, though this only applies to units of lower level. This unit has magical attacks, which always have a high chance of hitting an opponent.
