The most important thing to know for person who go on a walk around the hot spots of the Blackwater is: not all of local prostitutes work for the Thieves' Guild and the Order of Assassins. In fact, they almost never kill or rob their clients. But even if they did, they still would not have remained without clients - the city is full of sailors and ordinary thugs who don't need to fear spies organizations or be afraid of robbery. All that they have earned for a day, they will spend for a night... so why not do it in a good company?
