Some Swimmers and other low-class dwarves; serfs, menials, refuse collectors and the like, rebel against their treatment by the League. They often find their way to the coast around Barossus where they can live freely among their kind. It is a thriving city, like many ports, but like so many, it is perilous, full of thieves and ruffians - who can often find work on ships coming and going. Whatever their origins, life in the watery environs of Barossus forces them all to learn to swim.
