Members of the Zederian Council rarely come to combat, but when they so, they rally the Zederian forces and cause them to fight harder and swifter. However, as the Council member has good armor but hardly any combat strength, he must be protected, or else he will perish. Council Members ride in a heavily armored hovercraft.

Special Notes: The leadership of this unit enables adjacent units of the same side to deal more damage in combat, though this only applies to units of lower level.
