Lieutenant

The most charismatic and effective sailors easily become trustworthy members of any crew, and are quickly raised to the rank of Lieutnant by their captains. Those few crewmembers trade their harpoons for cutlasses. Their leading of most battle most often result in having an hand cut down, which they replace by the infamous pirate hooks.
