Evolving from an Athlon, a Gladion increases his speed and develops sword-like claws, which they use as their main weapon instead of biting the enemy. But being faster also has a price, namely a weaker armor. The weaker armor doesn't hurt too much though, since their speed makes them a way more dangerous opponent than before. Being able to block the attack of this Arathropiae won't help much either. They aren't tackling you anymore, but a swift stabbing attack isn't better at all.
