Noob Rider

Noob riders are the soldiers that have come in on a horse. Though the army has enough horsemen already, these unfortunate souls are unsure on how to dismount their trusty steed. As so, they a shoved into the noob regiment with a lance in hand, and untrained in the way of how to use it. As so, the soldier cannot even ride their horse and it is rather more the horse that commands the soldier.
