Having evolved from the graceful forms of Mermaids, Ice Elementals are embodiments of frozen sorrow. The chilling depth of their transformation leaves them feeling both beautiful and mournful, as they wield powers to slow foes while remaining trapped in their aquatic forms. Despite the elegance of their attacks, they are painfully aware of their diminished autonomy and choice—forever chained to the bitter memories of their metamorphosis. Their lamentations grow as they transition into Frozen Souls, surrendering completely to their icy fate.
