Rappa

The Rappa is the Kusa who has bettered his art to the point of being more confident, if not arrogant. He owes his name, which means Ruffian, to the fact that his abilities are more flashy and spectacular than other ninjas. He shows less subtility in achieving his goals and his thus more often spotted and blamed, earning a well-deserved ill-repute.
