Wild and tamed gryphons are important for dwarves, because they can control them and use them for many missions, including scouting, quick transportation and even to defend their villages on the surface. These gryphons can move relatively quickly even in the caves, making them ideal in some situations. Still, they do not like sun very much and their movement can be quickly slowed with cold magic.

Tactical information: Gryphons without riders are very fast, but not very deadly. They are skilled to move even in the caves, but they hate too cold wind.
