A conductor normally sits at the wheel of his caravan and directs the animals in charge of moving the caravan.
When his caravan is used for other purposes, the conductor only has to mount on one of the draft horses and become a mounted fighter.
His spear is more fragile than those used by knights, and since his mount is a draft animal, strong but slow and not trained for war, he cannot charge like normal horsemen; on the other hand, he can hit more frequently.
When the battle is over, the caravan is reassembled in its original form, and the conductor returns to guide is caravan.
