These mysterious men of magic roam the streets of Harren as Segner Farheidt's master spies, hence the name 'Seggers'. It is a mystery, perhaps even to Segner, where they came from. They are followed everywhere by an unearthly blue fire, and there has been much talk of dark magic among the populous and deals with the forces of darkness to give these men such sway over ethereal phantoms. Those who have dared to look say they've seen a devil hiding in the flames.

For the kind of work Segner normally has available they are perfectly suited, their magic is excellent at catching elusive spies, thieves and perhaps even assassins.
