Balanced Fighter I

Balanced fighters are the common type of fighter in the southern elves army. There are two main reasons, why it is so: local iron deposits is limited, so often steel with lesser quality is used. On the other hand, there is enough high-quality wood for good bows and arrows. These fighters are training with both, but their training is different than in elvish armies close to the kingdom of Wesnoth.

Tactical information: Core unit of the southern elves army. Balanced fighters can fight with both bow and sword very well, while not being a specialist in any. They can benefit from all traits, and it is a good idea to choose the next unit based on traits. Blessed warriors and balanced skirmishers are good choices, but balanded fighter is probably the best for elves with dextrous trait.
