Light Weapon Platform

Unlike their Hornet Predecessor, the Light Weapon Platform is a substantial upgrade to provide lethal fire support to Raider units in the field. While the weapons that it mounts are not withering, the on-board high-voltage battery feeds an otherwise-unwieldly laser weapon, which has particular benefit against armored or infected foes.
