ATV Scout Trooper

Scout Troopers decide that speed is power, and by that merit are willing to sacrifice a little bit of pain for speed. To help compensate for this weakness, Scout troopers no longer rush into battle, but instead drive to an distance from their foes and snipe them out at range.
