Enforcer

In a society without war, enforcement of the law was often mediated through non-lethal means. Before the outbreak, Pax employed many individuals to enforce their authority and capture dissidents, so that they may be reprogrammed back into a valuable member of society. The less physically damaged the subject is, generally the quicker they may be re-employed.

In the the aftermath of the outbreak, the reorganized Pax Militarium still finds use for the less-lethal taser goad to debilitate their targets, human and infected alike, for capture or destruction.
