Blood Roc

When the infection hit, birds of the sky became harbringers of a nightmare. These giant birds, seemingly inspired by the myths of the past were the result of the infection. While a survivor is not capable of contracting the infection from these creatures, they can certainly be killed. The Blood Rocs are bigger than their predecessors, having grown engorged from feasting off the living and the dead.
