Diablo

Those who have fallen into the hellish realm of Nightmare have lost nearly all of their humanity to the virus. Having already grown horns, a spiked tail, and recieved sadistic killing instincts, Diablos are often found crouched before a circle of blood they drew themselves. The virus has nearly completely finished its ravaging course, leaving only bits of the human that it once was.
