Naiad Floater

Tentacled denizens of the deep can breathe on dry land by filling and emptying their ventral sacs. These sacs and muscles around them grow with the beast. If they grow faster than other parts then buoyancy increases. Taken to the extreme it increases resistance to movement in water and enables swimming in the air when combined with arcane powers. Arcane energy can be let out in a flashing discharge which is very hard to dodge.
