Most serpentine people grow a pair of hands in early stages of their lives. Few outliers grow other kinds ofc limbs. Remaining bunch use their flexible bodies or jaws to grab and hold things. Distracted by neither hands nor wings they focus on mastering what they have. Few opponents are trained to fight long slender creatures without limbs which can be used to take advantage of them, especially when they are caught off guard.
