Fey Kensai

Fey tend to be dexterous but not very strong. They often try to compensate relative lack of brute force with increased precision or speed. Fey fencers known as Kensai think that speed can also compensate for lack of precision as well as lack of power. They reason that by striking twice as much in the same timeframe they can hit more often even if they miss more often. Similar approach is applied to archery, although to a lesser degree because pulling a bowstring still requires considerable precision.
