<span></span>Skeletal bodies of slain fighters can serve their Thanat possessors for a long time. Being robust in general, they have their particular weaknesses: exposed bones can be broken with relative ease when flesh is not present to soften blows they receive. Pieces of fabric, leather and chain are collected from fallen opponents and attached to drenched carcasses to absorb the power of incoming blows before it reaches the bone underneath them. Opponents' arms may also be added to Thanat's own equipment. Even bones are occasionally cut off of opponent's corpse and employed as spare parts when deemed more durable than whatever they can replace.

Note: this unit is ''unliving'' (has fixed trait named ''unliving'') - it cannot be poisoned, when it is recalled its hitpoints are set to 20 and it can heal from ''healing places'' only when also eligible for rest-healing or under effect of ''siccates'' ability of allied unit
