It is rumored that the Rime Castellans have captured the wind and hold it prisoner, but when asked, they deny this, saying they carry with them only the power to summon the wind, not the wind itself. Either way, it is clear that the Mistral Rime Castellans have immense power at their disposal, able to death out life and death as they choose.

Special Notes: This unit has magical attacks, which always have a high chance of hitting an opponent. This unit is able to slow its enemies, halving their movement speed and attack damage until they end a turn. This unit is capable of healing those around it, and curing them of poison.
