The elite of ninja forces, the Jonins, or Upper man, are the armies generals and reprensentant. Having learned the ghost technique and being the ninjas' swordmasters the Jonins only leave to accomplish the most important of missions and only lead the elite of their forces. Anything else is below their skill and condition.

Special Notes: The leadership of this unit enables adjacent units of the same side to deal more damage in combat, though this only applies to units of lower level.
