Camel Rider

In the desert the favored travel companion is the camel. Whilst Camel Riders are not quite as quick as horse riders they ride a hardy animal with some skill with a bow that can easily harass or damage enemy lines.

Camels themselves can kick with each leg in an amazing 4 directions and if they don't like you they will let you know by spitting a foul-smelling greenish substance from their mouths. Their long eyelashes keep the sand out of their eyes when traversing the desert. Fully upright the tallest camels stand almost a half size taller than a horse.
