Lieutenant

The Lieutenant is apparently employing the same kind of power as his Overlord peers, but has taken a somewhat different path than them. He has risen through the ranks by accomplishment as an organizer and combat leader, doing the bulk of the work while letting the Overlords enjoy most of the praise and status.
