Darguls are notorious for neglecting defense in favor of offense. Also they are notorious for being reckless and being prone to losing their temper easily. This combination of personal traits makes it hard for this race to concentrate long enough to treat wounds or practice arcane magic. Darguls that learn to consistently control their tempers are exceptions. And even these unusually reserved individuals need extra time to concentrate on illness or spell at hand.
